Most likely you are using the incorrect symbol when you see this: [CB-D] Interactive Brokers has made changes to their symbols recently. If you just want to use Sierra Chart for charting we recommend setting Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to "SC Data-All Services".
