First, we want you to set the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Minute . This is essential in order to help isolate the source of the problem.:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)


Cancel all the downloads:
Edit >> Cancel Intraday Data Downloads

And then once again follow the instructions to re-download the data:

If you get a complete chart, then this issue must be related to a data download performance issue.
