This is for ES, MES symbols. Please see the attached image. The platform shows that it is connected, but the price will not update. You can see the price vs the time on the real time clock. The price will update if I close the charts and reopen it. It will show the most recent price and just stay there. Same on the DPM as well. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software as well. It worked for about 10 mins and same thing occurred again.
