The first issue with the CME data is due to what the following line from your log shows: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled.
You need to go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings and set the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to Yes and select OK to close that window. Then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. You will then be getting the Denali data. Right now you are getting the data from IB. We recommend that you redownload all the data for your symbols to ensure you have only the Denali data which will be more consistent than a mix of IB and Denali data. To do this, select Edit >> Delete all Data and Download for each symbol (you just need to do it once per symbol, not per chart). It may take a few minutes per chart to redownload the data depending on the amount of data you have set to be displayed. ---- With regards to the EUREX data, we see the following in that log: Message from IB: Dieses aufgerufene Marktdaten Packet haben Sie nicht abonniert.Es sind keine verz�gerten Marktdaten verf�gbar.DAX DEC'22/DEEP. There is also something wrong with the symbol you entered for QYLD as well as LLG-STK-SMART-CAD.
