This would not be related to "freezing charts" or issues with the spreadsheet, but you are not getting the real-time data from us for the CME Group data as you have not connected to a live, funded, futures trading account this month. Refer to the following:

If you are fine with getting the delayed streaming data for the CME Group data, then you do not need to do anything further.

In terms of the system freezing or issues with the spreadsheet not refreshing, start by getting us your Message Log and we will take a look and see if there are any connectivity issues showing in there. Follow the instructions at the following link to get us your Message Log:
