Frozen chart, spreadsheet

Hello, from time to time, my account are experiencing freezing chart and the data on spreadsheet are not showing or not refreshing. I checked data/trading service and seems everything looks fine. Just wondering is there anything wrong with my account?

This would not be related to "freezing charts" or issues with the spreadsheet, but you are not getting the real-time data from us for the CME Group data as you have not connected to a live, funded, futures trading account this month. Refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

If you are fine with getting the delayed streaming data for the CME Group data, then you do not need to do anything further.

In terms of the system freezing or issues with the spreadsheet not refreshing, start by getting us your Message Log and we will take a look and see if there are any connectivity issues showing in there. Follow the instructions at the following link to get us your Message Log:

When you say that data on the spreadsheets is not refreshing, is Sierra Chart in a frozen inoperable state during that time?

Yes, and it’s just all zeros on the spreadsheet. Meanwhile, the price is not moving on the chart. I need to manually refreshing it to get the new price.

From our perspective it is hard to understand exactly what is happening. You should not have any data feed issues.

We want you to close all Chartbooks and spreadsheets and just open a single chart and see if you have a problem.

As time goes, it magically cured itself today. but this problem happens like once or twice a month. Any idea what might be causing it? and it only appears on this account, I have two.

It is a performance/high CPU usage condition. All the things that can cause performance issues are documented here:
