You should ask Edge Clear to put you onto Teton Order Routing, EdgeClear can put you on the Teton Order Routing Service without Sierra Chart's intervention; when EdgeClear has added you to the Teton Order Routing Service, your set-up instructions begin with step #5 here:

Once you have activated SP11, please activate the CME Group Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here:

Lastly please re-map your symbols using this helpful feature:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
