TransAct stopped support for Sierra Chart several months ago. In both customer posts from above you were continuing to get the Real-Time data from our Denali data feed since your non-professional verification date was set to October 31, 2022. Since we are now passed that date, you can no longer get the real-time data from the non-professional exchanges that you have active. And you can not connect to TransAct for verification because they (TransAct) no longer allows Sierra Chart to connect.

If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart, then you will need to change brokers. We recommend a broker that supports our Teton Order Routing Service so you can have the best experience with Sierra Chart. You will find the list of brokers that support the Teton Order Routing Service at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions for the Teton Order Routing Service:

If you do not want to change brokers, but still want to use Sierra Chart for charting, then you will need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. We recommend the service outlined at the following link for this:
