I received the following message: To continue to receive real-time CME data through the Denali Exchange Data Feed when using the lower-priced CME exchange fees which are enabled on your account, requires that you connect Sierra Chart to your live trading account at least once a month.
I followed the directions and still can't get real time data.
I trade with TransAct Futures. Maybe I'm not selecting the correct data feed.
I need help with this please.

I also have the same issue. Followed the instructions to reconnect from SC-All Data back to transact and can not get live data back

TransAct stopped support for Sierra Chart several months ago. In both customer posts from above you were continuing to get the Real-Time data from our Denali data feed since your non-professional verification date was set to October 31, 2022. Since we are now passed that date, you can no longer get the real-time data from the non-professional exchanges that you have active. And you can not connect to TransAct for verification because they (TransAct) no longer allows Sierra Chart to connect.

If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart, then you will need to change brokers. We recommend a broker that supports our Teton Order Routing Service so you can have the best experience with Sierra Chart. You will find the list of brokers that support the Teton Order Routing Service at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions for the Teton Order Routing Service:

If you do not want to change brokers, but still want to use Sierra Chart for charting, then you will need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. We recommend the service outlined at the following link for this:

Since TransAct Futures no longer allows Sierra Charts to connect for Real Time Data, I'm going to change brokers and will no longer need Sierra Charting. I have $51 in my account. What is the best way to cancel my subscription and receive my $51 back?

We have set your account to not renew. You still have Usage Time through December 1, 2022 so you can continue to use the system through that time.
