We apologize for the long wait.
The only thing we can tell you to try is to redownload the data starting from just before where the problem data is. Refer to the following:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)
But, since you are using Rithmic data, we are not sure if you will get back the deleted historical data, as we have been hearing that the historical data is not coming into the system. So you may not get back the deleted data, but the problem bar will be gone.
