Our servers are showing that your Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. But the symbols listed in the portion of the Message Log you sent shows CQG style symbols. If the service is set to SC Data - All Services, then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will change the symbols to what is needed for the service setting and you should start getting the delayed streaming data for those symbols.
