First thing to understand is that there is a Global Time Zone set through Global Settings >> Time Zone Settings. By default, the charts use this Global Time Zone. But, if you want a chart to use a different time zone, then you can change this for the one chart in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> Time Zone. The time zone you want to use is up to you. Just be aware that it is easiest to use the time zone for where the exchange itself is located, as this eliminates issues with Daylight Saving Time changes. This is controlled through the Session Times.
