The first thing to note is that you are NOT getting any real-time data from us. You are either getting real-time data from IB, or you are getting delayed data from us. We do not know which is the case unless we could see an image of a chart.

If you are wanting real-time data from us, then you need to complete the agreements and activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data. Follow the instructions at the following link to get this setup:

As to the slow executions, if you are using our Delayed Data, then that could explain it, but it would depend on how you are entering the orders. The first thing, though, is to ensure you are getting real-time data from whatever source you are wanting to use.
