We would like to know if our Transact users can connect to the Transact system at this time using versions 2354 or earlier? Please let us know. Transact has shut down access to the system that we use to maintain historical data for Transact users. While we said the service on our side would be shut down near the end of August or near the beginning of September, this did not happen at this time and was likely to be closer to the middle of September. However, it has happened now because Transact has shut down that particular system . This is something that we do not do but they did. This does not matter because we have already taken the necessary steps to provide you our Denali Data Feed immediately at the beginning of September 1 which is about two hours away in UTC time.
