220831-0655 I am with Transact and I have just been told by phone and notified by email. As of end of trading today Aug 31,2022 orders can NOT be placed by using SC order system at all which of course includes both the SC trade window and the SC DOM. Even though I have been very happy with Transact as a broker, I apparently have no good option by staying with them. The only option, which is NOT good, is to use the Transact DOM for placing orders. This is very limited in capability. Also NO orders or positions will be recorded in SC which includes both LIVE and CLOSED positions. This is TRAGIC. The only way to see them on a chart is to use the Transact Browser charts. This is NO GOOD. Does the 3 mos free SC package 10 for changing brokers mean any current subscription is just extended by 3 months? Due to all of the above, PLEASE provide contact info for any brokers that you recommend for use with SC. I would contact them as soon as you provide contact info. Thank you
