EUREX does not have the requirement to have to have a broker account. That is just a CME Group requirement. The exchange fees are due on the first day of each month. Therefore, you would not want to activate the exchange today (August 30) as you would pay the full amount for the exchange for the remainder of today and tomorrow. You would then pay the full price again for the data through September.
