hmm, I think we need a bit of clarity here..just not sure whos going to provide it... What questions do you have? I switch to P11 from last month. The chart is separate from TransAct trade. Place trade (live or sim order) on transact DOM, unable see the position on chart. In newer versions that do not support Transact, you will not see any trading information from Transact in Sierra Chart. When I update the chart to current Version after switch to P11, see it working, but don’t know when the chart changes to deleted 10 minutes; It’s not fun! Then I was told, I must be down grade the old chart version to fit TransAct data feed. You do not have to go to an earlier version of Sierra Chart. You definitely should be getting real-time data since you are paying the CME exchange fee. So you are not getting real-time data? The question is, you told us we can switch to P11 several months ago, what’s for? If you are using a newer version of Sierra Chart you would need to change to package 10 or 11 to access real-time market data independent from your Trading service. So that is necessary.
