Hi Trader,

Thanks for your message and happy to hear you are considering making the move to Teton Order Routing. I think you will like it once you get up and running, and as an ex-Infinity/TransAct broker understand your pain in the interim.

Please find the answers to your questions below in bold.

1. Moving funds. how much for move in/out? Since you are an international resident you would be able to withdrawal funds via wire which costs $40. If you were in the US we could send you a check for free.
2. Inactive account. How long will start charge and how much will charge? As of now, there are not inactivity fees at Dorman Trading or Advantage Futures. I don't expect for there to be any assessed in the future, but if there are we will certainly let you know ahead of time.
3. Margin call. for small Acc, always using leverage. accident (E.G. internet problem) could left positions running till end of day. in this kinds situation, you will close the positions at end of the day; or close and give margin call; or let it running and give margin call? How much will charge? Typically, we will try to reach out to you and give you an opportunity to manage the position yourself. At that time you could always request our risk desk to manage it for you and close/reduce your position. This is free of charge, however if it were to become a habit then a broker assisted fee would be assessed and we would let you know when that would be the case. If the account does go on margin call then a $50 margin call fee will be charged.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions or we can assist with anything further.

Thank you,
Anthony
