Make sure you have everything setup for the Teton Order Routing Service by going through the Setup Instructions starting at Step #6 at the following link: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions Once you have everything setup to connect to the Teton Order Routing Service, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will ensure that you have the correct symbols for the Teton Order Routing so you can get the data properly. With regards to the Weekly chart, make sure it is a Continuous Futures Contract chart.
