First of all, are you having an issue with real-time market depth data, or is this an issue during a replay? If it is real-time market depth data, then refer to the following: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels If this is a replay issue, then are you replaying a chart or a Trade DOM?
