With regards to the Agreements, the problem is that you are putting in conflicting information. On the CME Non-Professional Certification you are stating that you are a "Non-Professional", but in order to get this classification for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account, and this information needs to be entered on the Uniform Subscriber Agreement - but your Uniform Subscriber Agreement does not have any trading account information, therefore you can not be considered a Non-Professional (at least as far as the CME Group is concerned).

If you do not have a trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart in order to qualify as a Non-Professional, and you just want to pay for the Professional exchange fees, then you need to do the following:
- Leave the trading account information blank on the Uniform Subscriber Agreement
- Select No to the Non-Professional question on the CME Non-Professional Certification.

But, if you do not want to pay the professional fees, then you will need to have a valid trading account. If you do not have one, then we recommend the service outlined at the following link:

Note that your account does not have any exchanges active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed at this time.
