I have one comment and one question.

According to your post here https://www.sierrachart.com/SupportBoard.php?PostID=302703#P302703 some people have been asking you to compensate for lost connection, etc. As a person who has been using CQG for the last 4-1/2 years I can say that I have had only one incident of not receiving data from CQG and that was when I was on vacation in another country. So I think perhaps these people who are complaining may complain with any service, perhaps their issues are local and not related to CQG/Sierra. Probably they are just trying to find someone to blame for their loss. Just my 2 cents on that.

I am unable to find this information. If I decide to stay on with CQG will I be able to continue to get data for all other exchanges except CME? Will I be able to get data from CBOT?
