Thank you Sierra,

I am also having the same message box.

Also, I am not getting real time data. Data stopped on Friday June 10 at 5pm and charts don't have any data after that. I currently have Real Time CQG data with AMP Futures and I select CQG WebAPI as Data/Trade Service in SierraCharts.

What should I do to continue getting Real time data and be able to trade?
