The only issue is the Time Changes onto and off Daylight Saving Time. If you set your charts to all be Chicago then when Europe changes for Daylight Saving Time, your charts will not reflect the correct data for that hour, and you also have the issue when the U.S. changes times, which are different from Europe. And it's really mostly an issue in the Fall when Daylight Saving Time is turned off and the clocks are moved backwards. So you just have to understand to be careful around those days, otherwise you will not have any trouble.
