First of all, you are getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, which does not use Barchart. Previously we did use them, but that changed when we went to a direct connection.

Nonetheless, what you should do is to have the charts set to the Time Zone of the particular exchange. Therefore, for charts tracking instruments on the CME Group, you would want to set it to Chicago. For charts tracking EUREX instruments, you would want to set the time zone to Brussels (same time zone as Frankfurt).

Then you would set the Session Times for each of those charts to match the exchange. For ES, for example, you would use the following session times:
Start Time: 08:30:00
End Time: 15:59:59

Evening Start Time: 16:00:00
Evening End Time: 08:29:59

As to the Global Time Zone setting, you would need to pick which one (Chicago or Brussels) is used more often and set that as your global setting. Then just remember to change the charts which use the other time zone.
