The Trading: Position Average Price study can work as the reference for the Trade Management by Study study. Just make sure you are referencing that particular study in the Controlling Subgraph Reference Input on the Trade Management by Study. You may also want to set the Trailing Offset to 0, which will move the Target to the exact value of the Position Average Price. The steps you would want to follow would be to setup the studies but keep the Trade Management by Study Input for Enabled set to No. Then when you have a position open and you want to move the target, then set the Enabled to Yes and after the set number of seconds (assuming you are using seconds to define the time for the update) the target should move to the Position Average Price.
