Everything looks good. The only item of note is that you do not want to "Enable" the study until you are ready to move the Targets to the line. That is what the Control Bar button will do, it will Enable the study and then the targets will move. From what you are showing, your Targets should be moving immediately when you add the study, or vice versa, depending on which one is entered first. Make sure the study is working without the Control Bar Button first. Then add the control bar button functionality - that way you can determine where the issue lies.
