That entire line across the top is the Chart Header. The color of the header is defined by the Chart Text setting. Refer to the information here: Graphics Settings: Chart Text If you are wanting to set that item to be Reversed Colors (hence it appears highlighted), then you would do that through Global Settings >> Customize Chart Header - Standard.
