Are you opening a chart for the VIX futures (VX?##_FUT_CME), as this is the data that you have purchased. If so and this data is delayed, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

If instead you are opening a chart for the VIX index ($VIX), then that is part of the CBOE Indices and is not part of the CFE exchange. To get data for the VIX index you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the CBOE Indices. Refer to the instructions here:
