I successfully verified my trading account 2 weeks ago and have been using live data. The instructions I followed were... Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees I tried again thinking I was following exactly the same process, but the Verified Trading Accounts Ending Date in my account control panel has not updated and still shows it expires 2 weeks from now. Is this because I should only do once a month rather than say every week (to make sure I always have a months buffer in case I forget), or is it more likely I have done something wrong?
