thank you for your reply. I encountered this issue last month. I followed the instructions you give here HTTP Communication Errors to close the Windows firewall. then it can be used. But when I tried to update SC version. The log mentioned there were HTTP issues. so I gave up updating and just kept using the old version. But on the day before yesterday when my first package expired, I failed to log in. This time, as I mentions in the previous posts, I tried different methods. but none of them worked. It may be connectivity issues but I really do not have any ideas about its solutions. I even tried to open SC in a sandbox program. The same result. Also, when I tried to use the SC installer. the same connection issue happened. the error code is 10053. completely lost now. Kindly ask for your help. I am also wondering if remote assistance is available? thank you so much |
