one ac125375 that I am using as a demo using real data which I am paying for it and You are correct I am using cqg web API . should I change it to trading evaluator[trading]?Eventually this account will go live but not at this moment. I want this to be the demo account for now. What we do not understand is what exactly does it mean that this account is a "Demo" account? As we stated previously, we do not have support for the CQG Demo Accounts, so we do not see a way that this demo account will work for you. Have you done any trading with it, and if so, is it working as a demo account? If that account does not work as a demo account for you, then we would recommend connecting that installation of Sierra Chart to our Trading Evaluator service. You will find the information for this service at the following link: Simulated Futures Trading Service If you do use our Trading Evaluator, then unless you decide to get your Real-Time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed (more about this in the section below) then you will be working with the Delayed Exchange Data Feed. There is a specific Trading Evaluator that works with the Delayed data. The delayed data acts in all ways the same as real-time data, except it is delayed by 10-15 minutes (depending on exchange). Whenever you are ready to trade live with the account, then you would need to reconnect it to your CQG account, by following these instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions On the other account that I have with AMP I would like to start trading live.How can I accomplish that.Who has to provide me with the data /trade service setting user name and password to trade live on this accounts.I already installed a second sierra that I named sierra22 to differentiate from the sierra chart that I already had installed.Can I use the same data feed to avoid paying twice and connected to this second account?
Having the second installation is a good start. What you need to do first is to connect that second Sierra Chart to your CQG trading account. To do this, follow these instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Once that is done, then you will be getting your data from CQG. To do this, follow these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* If you do use our Denali Data, then you can let AMP know to stop the CQG data, as you would not need it anymore (unless you are using it for another program). Also, you will then be able to get the real-time data into the second instance of Sierra Chart for your Demo trading. As you can have up to 2 connections to the Denali Exchange Data Feed at the same time from the same computer at no extra cost.
