I have updated a .dll file and added it to our account online. When I load Sierra Chart the message log says that the new .dll has loaded and it is appearing in the /data directory but it is not appearing as a custom study. In fact anything changes I try to upload are not appearing and now our customers cannot access the custom studies.

This may have been caused my me inadvertently uploading a file with (1) in it.

What is the fix for this please.
