You have not completed the data setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. In particular, you have not activated the exchanges for which you want the real-time data. For the CME Group, you would activate the exchanges at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the NASDAQ TotalView, you would activate the exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedNASDAQ#Exchanges If you need data for EUREX or CFE, then you would need to follow through the Setup Instructions for those exchanges at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
