On the Volume at Price Threshold Alert V2 you have the Input for Volume Alert Number set to a specific alert. This is what causing the alert to trigger, not the Alerts tab of the study. If you do not want an alert for each time a Volume at Price is printed, then do not select an Alert in that Input.
