We see that you did have the "CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account" exchange active. It did not renew on February 1, 2022 due to insufficient funds. If you want to get this data going again, then you need to have $66.00 in your account and then you can reactivate the exchange by going to the Recurring Services page and scrolling to the bottom and selecting the button for "Reactivate Exchange" for that exchange. If you prefer to wait to do the Non-Professional exchange, then you will need to have the trading account setup and you will need to fill out the Exchange Agreements. Once you have the trading account setup, then follow the instructions to setup the Denali data feed starting at the following link:
