With regards to the data you are looking for, we just do not have it that far back for that symbol. And it sounds like it might be a bit spotty around 2011 as well. There is nothing else we can do about this, we do have data that can go back to 2008 for some symbols, but not for all.

We also want to make sure you are aware of the Continuous Futures Contract option rather than having to load each individual contract. Refer to the information here:

9. The data will not change unless there was some kind of major issue, which you would know about.

Keep in mind, we were talking about deleting the data and reloading it just because you probably have a mix of CQG and Denali data in your charts right now. So, if you are getting your data properly at this point and there is nothing else that we need to deal with, then it would be a good time to go through your charts and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download, once for each symbol, you do not need to do it for every chart. This will ensure that all your data is then from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
