Hi John,

Great! I’ve changed to those settings, opened my chartbooks and then selected Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

Unfortunately, I am still unable to load Intraday Historical charts for:
- F.US.CA6H11[M]
This contract will load from 2011-02-21 at 15:00:00 to 2011-03-14-at 11:32:00. It should load back to well before Dec 2010 and to at least 2011-03-17 or 18 at 15:00:00 or so.
The earliest Date Range in File is 2011-02-21, even if I change it to earlier, it defaults back to 2011-02-21. Days to Load is set at 400. If I select the radio button for Use Date Range and insert the dates From: 2010-12-01 To: 2011-03-16, the chart does not change. I can load the Daily chart without issue.

- F.US.CA6H08[M]
A Chart Window will open, the Chart Title has the symbol in it but it’s blank inside and I receive two error messages. The first says “Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Requested symbol was not found.” and the second says “Download Failed. Error downloading historical Intraday data for F.US.CA6H08. Historical data file not available for symbol.”
In Chart Settings, the fields in Date Range In File are both blank (the From: field is open to be able to type numbers in but the To: field is greyed out), Days to Load is set at 400 and if I select the radio button for Use Date Range and insert the dates From: 2007-12-01 To: 2008-03-16, the chart remains blank. I can load the Daily chart without issue.

The same applies for the Intraday charts for:
CA6H09[M] & CA6H10[M],
CA6M08[M], CA6M09[M] & CA6M10[M],
CA6U08[M], CA6U09[M] & CA6U10[M], and
CA6Z08[M], CA6Z09[M] &CA6Z10[M]

I noted it says on - Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Introduction :
- Prior to this the CME data is in 1 minute units and begins at June 2008.
- For other futures contracts and cash index symbols, tick by tick data begins at 2013. Unless otherwise noted, the amount of historical data available in 1 Minute units depends upon the symbol and is at least back to 2010 so long as the symbol traded back that far in time [which the Canadian Dollar future did]. For some symbols there is more historical data available.
- Historical Daily Data: Yes. The number of years available depends upon the symbol. At a minimum there is going to be 15 years of data so long as the symbol traded back that far in time.

9. How can I find out when the data of a futures contract has been changed (can I be notified?) so that I know when I need to update it by going to "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download"? Also, how can I know what has been changed?

Thank you again John. We’re making progress!
