If you do want market depth data, then you do have to pay the 15.75 CME exchange fee. It does not matter what other accounts that you have. This is the fee that is collected and paid to the CME for this data feed. We had thought you would be fine just with the 4USD fee for the level 1 data. Keep in mind this data feed only has to be used temporarily. At the latest by the end of next month because we expect CTS to resolve the issue which is causing expired futures contract data to not be accessible.
