Hello, in recent days I have had trouble with data loading (especially MNQ-H22 current micro NQ contract. This was first evident in my charts on February 4th (in all three symbols I usually have open -- MNQ, MES and M2K in their current months). I have looked through the support issues as much as I can and cannot see a solution. Until February 4th I have had no issues for all the time (3 years?) I have been using Sierra Chart. I tried following the steps at "Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data" -- but this actually made things worse when I selected "Edit > Delete All Data And Download" on the menu. I have my chart setup with multiple windows (separate tick values) -- and the data is displaying correctly in two out of three windows in my main chart (good for lower tick values eg MNQ 144 trades and 377 trades, but not the 987 trade chart). I also have a separate window (1597 trades) -- and this is having problems too. To see my main window: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1644334947936.png Also for my window with 1597 trades: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1644332759620.png -- is is not filling in the data for the time of day I had exited Sierra Chart -- the time scale along the bottom shows a very big gap of almost 23 hours that shouldn't be there. My Chart settings (time zone, start and end session times etc have not been changed since it was working correctly. Same for the number of days to load (8) in my settings and other instructions I followed at Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data For comparison I have attached another example (not possible in the system to do a screenshot as it is from a couple of weeks ago, this is an external screenshot from Jan 24th which shows the 1587 chart *without* any issues). I'm not sure why some of the data isn't being loaded this past week (and now shows that way on older data), and only appears on some of my charts (where they are all the same symbol and all were working fine until one or two weeks ago). I am currently using the latest install v 2353, it also was a problem at least on version 2351. My data feed is definitely live and fully available and paid (via my broker, AMP). Also, sorry, I'm not sure either if this is a personal issue related to my Service Package 3, or should be asked on the general Support Board. Thank you, Dean |
