We needed to review this because when we convert your account to a normal account you then have to pay for Sierra Chart which would be 40 USD per month for package 5. The trial time would be set to 1 week. And that is probably what you do not want. We will leave the one month of usage time on your account but there will need to be a payment after the usage time expires. Your account has been converted to a standard account.
