From what I read on your site, the SC historical data feed is included in the trial. Should I be able to display intraday and historical charts going back a few years, fully back adjusted, that contain tick volume data, by combining these two feeds? If so, we cannot get this to work, no matter what settings we change.
We have looked into this and the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service was supposed to have been provided with some limitations to Top Step Trader users, but apparently it was not. It should now be working.This service can be used on its own, but not combined with CTS T4 data because the pricing format is totally different and we do not offer support for that.
