I am a TopStepTrader client. I am currently using CTS T4 for real-time data. From what I read on your site, the SC historical data feed is included in the trial. Should I be able to display intraday and historical charts going back a few years, fully back adjusted, that contain tick volume data, by combining these two feeds? If so, we cannot get this to work, no matter what settings we change. Do I need the SC historical and real-time feed combined with CTS to make this work? If so, why - how does this combination differ from CTS plus SC Historical only? Version 1112 contains only one symbol for the ES; yet it displays a black, empty chart. It is only when I use a symbol format from an earlier version that anything displays, yet it contains incomplete, gappy data, and the price axis does not include the decimal point. At this stage, I need you to provide remote assistance to fix these problems. Please tell me how we can set this up as soon as possible. Thanks.
