In the alert manager, there doesn't seem to point out to a sound file ... its like the alert is not happening. I see the event the alert manager, but no sound file associated with the alert. I went there for guidance General Settings Window: Troubleshooting for Alert Sounds That Do Not Play but still I don't understand why the alert sound is not triggered.
