I did follow all steps, including step 24 (my screen went blank).
In the setup instructions, step 3 says that service package 10 or higher is required to use Rithmic. However, this morning you told me that you needed to change my service package to 5. Question is, could this be the reason it isn't working?
You are asking me to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed data, but you also told me that my broker does not support this service. I am completely clueless as to what to do. I honestly like Sierra Chart and would love for my broker to support your Teton order routing, but that is not up to me, you need to understand this.
Are there any suggestions as to what to tell my broker to find a solution to this issue from his end?
