Hello,

still nothing after having complied with all your instructions, and still no news from support, either.
I mentioned in a previous message that my broker is High Ridge Futures which is a division of Archer Daniels Midland.
It's been about a week or more since my Sierra Chart stopped working, so I would like to know whether I'm going to get charged for all this time or whether I will be credited for it.
I already sent you a copy of what the message log says.
