I have tried so many times to connect, but still can't manage to do it. I even contacted my broker and after explaining to them what had happened, they provided me with a new password but that didn't work, either.
I have tried different versions of Sierra Charts but none of them has worked, only one "previous" version went as far as trying to connect (yellow start), but it came back with a message that reads "connection error message from service: Password not provided.
Please tell me what steps to take next because I have no clue where to go from here.
I also followed the instructions (
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions), but nothing happened either.
