I have an indictor from convergent trading that went into safe mode how do i get it to work again

Refer to the following instructions for Safe Mode, except that you will need to deselect the option for Safe Mode:

also i have many questions and went into an area from a previous support i can get your support board to send new question

You most likely selected the link from an email telling you that there was an update on the Support Board. To get to the first page of the board, select the following link (or select Help >> Support Board from within your Sierra Chart software):
https://www.sierrachart.com/SupportBoard.php

Once on that page, you will see a button towards the top left that states Go to Self Help Portal and Start New Support Request. Select that button and then either select the link to start a new support request, or look through the information to see if your question is already answered in our Self Help section.
