You are missing a few pieces to the Denali setup. Go through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, which are at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges In the process of doing the above, you will select the exchanges that you want to activate. That is where the primary cost will come from. But, once you are getting the data from us, you can cancel the data from Rithmic (unless you need it for another reason). The costs for the exchanges should be about the same. The only other cost is the additional $10 for Package 11 over Package 5. This is the data feed fee. You can reduce this amount by purchasing multiple months up-front. This would be the only additional fee you will have to pay.
