You should not switch to the older software. There are lots of updates and fixes for things that go into the recent versions.

The reason you are continuing to have issues is simply due to the lack of historical data from Rithmic. The next thing to do is to limit the amount of data that you are requesting down to no more than 5 days of data. In other words, change the Number of Days to Load to 5 (or less). Be sure to remove the Continuous Futures option for your other charts as well.

The best solution would be to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data rather than Rithmic. Refer to the information at the following link, which includes Setup Instructions:
